I felt so out of contro...I lived through this hell. I felt so out of control 2 weeks before my period. I felt like I was such a disappointment to my kids and husband and my life went downhill for two weeks every month. But then I found out I was infected with helicobact pylori, I had it taken care of with antibiotics and now my pms symptoms are almost nonexistent, it's unbelievable.
